Help the Prague Rescue Squad!
The Prague, Nebraska Rescue Squad is hosting its second annual race and run/walk! The race begins at Czechland Lake, just north of Prague. Participants will run/walk along the scenic old railroad that stretches along the south side of the lake and continues west to the old ghost town of Rescue.
Each of the three races (8 mile, 5 KM and 1 mile) will end back at Czechland Lake. Miles and turnaround points will be clearly marked and water stations will be available at several locations throughout the course. We are using CHIP TIMING this year!
A post-race gathering will include fruit, refreshments and door prizes! Medals will be awarded to the Top 3 finishers of the 8 mile and 5 KM (male & female). Results will be posted online.

Get to Prague via Google Maps but note that their location of the fire hall is STILL incorrect.
Cost of Race
- $25 per person (8-mile or 5K)
- $20 per person (1-mile)
- $10 per youth ages 10 and under
Race Day
Packet pickup and late entry will be held at the middle entrance of Czechland Lake under the covered picnic areas. Parking will be marked.

Registration
Mail-in registrations must be postmarked by July 29 to guarantee a t-shirt. Entries after this date will be accepted, but a t-shirt may not be available.
